We'll manage the defects liability period on your behalf, liaising between the new homeowner and main contractor to ensure that snagging is managed painlessly. We report regularly to you on what is being done in the property and enable you to negotiate a reduction in retention at the end of the period.

We'll also set up the service schedule for the property so that you can sell it with full servicing as part of the offer.

We have built an extensive panel of contractors that have come recommended from blocks we have taken over and through experience. These contractors are based across London, local to the developments we manage.

How often will I hear from my Property Manager?

Would you prefer to hear from your property manager every time something occurs with the tenancy or would you prefer them to handle situations with your best interests in mind? Advise the property manager of your expectations to avoid confusion. Also discuss your preferred method of communication - is it by email, your home phone, your mobile?

What is ground rent?

This is rent paid under the terms of a lease by the owner of a building to the owner of the land on which it is built.

Do Red Rock have an emergency out of hours service?
